Q1. Do I have to change the profile of the machine to use your Inks?
A1. NO. The ink is perfectly color-matched and will give the same results on OEM ink.
Q2. What if I only need to change one cartridge as the others all contain some ink still?
A2. This is no problem. Just fit the HP or EPSON cartridge in the normal manner, using the "replacement cartridge" option on the machine. Our HP and EPSON Replacement inks are designed to mix with the OEM ink and will continue to give the same output results.
Q3. I have heard that all third party inks are made in Asia and that the quality standards are not very high. Third party cartridge companies give the impression they are making the ink but they just buy the ink from the cheapest supplier. Is this the case with your replacement inks?
A3. Many other 3rd party ink companies do import cheap low-quality ink from Asia. We do not do this. Our HP and EPSON Replacement inks are produced in the U.S. and England at high-quality, closely monitored manufacturing facilities.
